my back is hurting me again where I injured it a little over a week ago :( I had wanted to go to the gym today but it might be wiser to stay home idk I havent decided yet.

today is junk collection day in town and mom and Greg are taking a car load of stuff down to get rid of. I hate parting with old belongings so I didnt help them, lol.

my Penguins lost last night in overtime :( was sad. In a couple hours Ill be rooting against Boston haha, I really dont like them.

and I cant stop listening to this Seven Lions EP Wolrds Apart it is just THAT good :)

morning

ive had a weird night and i cant seem to get my morning started. i had a dream about Skrillex last night and then there was a period of a couple hours where I couldnt sleep, I was just laying there awake in bed :(

now ive just had a small bowl of cereal to eat and I know I have to hop in the shower before work. idk whats gotten into me this week but it was a rough week.

like, right now Im fighting myself to get into the shower. I know I have to do it but I dont want to :(

I have to be at work in an hour and a half too, le sigh. Good thing its Friday, then I have 2 appointments next week.

what a week so far

a lot has happened this week and it isnt even over yet.

i went from a huge breakdown on monday to getting back to work today...and im off to the gym in a little bit here, just waiting for my iPod to charge.

I picked up the Divergent Soundtrack and Seven Lions new EP Worlds Apart.

Today it was rather warm, had a half day at work.

Theres a lot I want to say but I just cant. So this wont really be much of a post.

Time to head off to the gym and sweat for awhile.

made my first protein smoothie in the ninja

I think that it needed to blend a bit more cuz the strawberries were a bit grainy, other than that I think it was a success.

im not going out of my house today so this shake will have to do.

am thinking about making a protein only smoothie later :D we will see

late night ramble

well I dont have work tomorrow so thats a good and a bad thing. good because i can clean my room tomorrow and go to the gym when i feel like going. bad cuz i really need that damn money in my paycheck for may 15th.

sooo Seven Lions is dropping a new EP tomorrow with tracks feat Ellie Goulding and Kerli, think I am going to pick this one up. Listened to it through online and I love it. Finally some new refreshing, deep, dubstep...well vocal dubstep, traditional style. not this new shit Skrills has been coming up with, still love him though <3

gonna blog for a bit till i get tired. sorry about that rant earlier i was just going through a bad time and there didnt seem to be any light at the end of my tunnel. im better now, still have problems that need fixing, but i feel a bit better

i just hope when i wake up tomorrow i will feel really good and motivated to get stuff done.

the gym clothes are on, and the water bottle filled. only thing missing are socks and sneakers. and i need to pee, but besides that I am ready for the gym.

muddled in my head

I should be up with a ton of energy and getting pumped to go work out but Im not. I need today to be a good day cuz yesterday was pretty bad in terms of taking steps to reach my goals. I need to somehow flip the switch on and get myself going for the gym, cuz if I dont do it now or very soon to now, ill be forced to do it after work and then I will be stuck with getting everything done in a certain amount of time.

I wish I could just be like YES today is THE day and just oomf off and go! idk what is holding me back...not sure.
