The Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery
We loved The Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery! This was our first time here and we can't wait to go back. Yummy food, and a great meat shop. The only bad thing about it is, it's always busy! They have a huge parking lot but it's always full, and most likely you will have to wait for a while once you get inside. The good thing about that is that you can browse in their butcher shop at all the yummy meats: burger, steaks, tons of different varieties of sausages, chicken, steak tips, etc. while you wait.

Lobster Chowder, oh so thick and yummy.
We both had Filet Mignon with smashed potatoes. Rob had a salad and I had coleslaw. The coleslaw was really delicious too, so many times you order it at places and its just awful.
Do get an appetizer or chowder. After we got our chowders we waited a long time for our food. It was definitely worth the wait. The filet was delicious and cooked like we had ordered.
I believe on Monday's and Tuesdays you can get buy one lobster roll get one free. Be prepared to get there early, by 4 pm. Everyone seems to know about this deal. Originally I had gone to the Tuckaway to get the lobster roll, but when I looked at all they yummy items on the menu I changed my mind. I will be going back!
