From Oruro we then take a bustransfer (generally cheap!) to Salinas de Garci-Mendoza and the small towns around Volcano Tunupa. A little unexpected we end up in a seemingly endless festival that consists of looping music and dancing through town. Sleep goes missing and appart from meeting several friendly people there isn’t much to do in Salinas, since the festival keeps the people busy and continously drunk….
