my dad owned 2 restaurants...n both restaurants are full wif foreigner worker...which is Myanmar...n we realize dat some myammar work even better den local ppl...most of teenager in Malaysia...they expected high salary since they enter worker field...bt what they have done actually nt worth that amount of salary...to be honest...some...I mean some of de myammar really had high performance compare wif local...y r these phenomena happened..?try to think...if u r a boss...will u hire a high salary bt low performance worker or a low salary wif high performance worker..?the ans of us may be all same...2day lots of immigration come n catch those myammar...bt did they really wanna to catch them or they Juz wanna $$..?who know's..?Malaysia is such a dark country now...we can't assume that what government do is good for us...or maybe they would Juz think for themselves rather than their ppl...lets think...if de government had successful catch all de foreigner worker..?who will work for us..?local Chinese..?local Indian..?or local Malay..?its impossible...Malaysia's job opportunity is low...bt those local r usually choosing their job they really want oni...n nt think bout others...everything muz start wif beginning...bt they Juz wanna to jump to de expert field...which boss will Juz hire those worker although they are local...myammar really cause a lot of prob for our country...bt y all of us forget that they are mayb helping us to work for the position that local wont be working...for ex...washing dishes...which local will go n washing dishes..?perhaps out of 10...thr r oni 1...try to think de pros n cons of foreigner worker n make a suitable solution be4 u catch all these foreigner worker...dis may nt be de best solution perhaps..?
