How do you salvage a crappy day? You end it with a trip to one of the best book stores around. You sip a delicious cold brew and listen to live music and pet physical books and smell pages. You hum the songs to Beauty and the Beast while posing with bookcase ladders and swoon over book merch. At one point the clerk said “can I hold onto your books for you?” and my response was “is it weird if I say no? I just want to cuddle them a little.” She laughed and said she understood. Botswana- Do you like to sing? Why or why not?

Yes! I don’t like to do it where other people can hear, but singing out loud always cheers me up. 

China- What was the best moment of your life?

One of the happiest moments of my life was last summer- I was walking along a river with some friends on a farm outside of Salta, Argentina. The sun was shining, we had a beautiful view of the Andes, I felt so loved by the people I was with, and it was during the trip where I got the first inklings of a life purpose. I still remember that day so clearly, and it always makes me smile. ❤️

Cyprus- What hands-on activities do you like (drawing, carving, building, etc.)?

Honestly all of them- sometimes I’m like why tf am I going to college if I get just as much joy from sewing, drawing, gardening, or mopping the floor as I do from my studies?? Probably my favorite are painting and gardening tho
