Tofu scramble 💕 this is my go to almost every morning… I started pre-chopping all my veggies now so don’t have to do it every morning. This is loaded with protein! And of course other vitamins (I’m not a nutritionist) 😂 Anyways here’s what’s inside!
• Extra Firm Tofu ¼ of 📦 • Field Roast 🍏 Sage Sausage ½ of one • Two ✋ fulls of Spinach • Red Onion • Zucchini • 🛎️ 🌶️ I use Red For seasoning I use • Nutritional Yeast • Turmeric • Onion Powder • Black Salt (tastes and smells eggy) • Himalayan Pink Salt The reason I don’t specify measurements is because I put in my desired amount, I really just eye ball it and it’s all ways really good! Maybe one day I’ll measure it out to help people who ask me.
