As I was drawing this I was thinking “all of them can canonically teleport, why in the world would they be on a roadtrip?” Also if you look closely you can see Hex driving, making Coal a passenger princess and I fully believe that. (And Iris in the backseat 3rd? 5th? wheeling).
I know I technically should have done Loch and Kris next, but I ended up getting a bit stuck, so I made these chibi’s for references. I did get a bit lazy with some of the smaller details but eeh, I can do that on the none Chibi Art later.

I started with one chapter a day leading up to when I got off school but the moment I didn't have to worry about sleep my sleep schedule got thrown out the window into a bon fire. I even got scared to keep reading after 15 because I was scared something was going to go wrong... I was right but it did lead to some of the most beautiful quotes I've read in my life such as a whole monologue from Kris with the words "so be unworthy with me" and "so kiss me, you idiot and be with me" as well as a heartbreaking but amazing explanation and confession from loch with the words "I'm despairingly in love with you"
The Royal and romance books by Sara raasch are absolutely beautiful and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Sara raasch for giving us these amazing books that have brought me and others so much joy.
