Chelsey's (she/her) based on a background character from wander over yonder who was kind of emperor awesome's groupie?? in twst she's now just a wolf girl who finds fuckboys like lulutwstocs's aaron to take advantage of their money

Golshan (they/him) is the enchanted rose from beauty and the beast - their unique magic lets them heal people but they found out too late that it requires them to sacrifice their own health in turn. now they have a very fragile immune system they gotta always look out for

Fiore (they/she) is also from beauty and the beast as the enchanted mirror! lowkey theyre more based on a dream i had about the mirror where the mirror was also someone cursed who was incredibly vain and had to learn to see other peoples beauty instead of only their own. plot time ig

Lock, Shock, and Barrel are for the Sanduleak dorm even tho they're based on the nightmare before christmas characters. They all go by those nicknames because they just like having a matching theme-

there’s a set to Locke’s shoulders that shouldn’t be there, a curl to his mouth that makes his smile look like someone has cut it into glass. fire burns through the soft blue fabric of his gloves, laces up his left arm, devours his shoulder.

bone armor takes shape beneath it and he stands there, Level Two flashing across his chest not like a warning but like a promise. “i told you,” he says, voice nothing shy of cheerful. “i won’t let anyone here hurt him.

the kettle is whistling. it smells like hot cocoa. Locke sags against the doorway of the kitchen, smile going soft at the sight of Blue and Red, half asleep at the table, of Bolte sipping from a chipped mug.

there is burnt sugar caked under Locke’s nails and screams in his ears and he breathes out out out because it feels a little bit like forever since he’s been home.

“i remember”

Blue stares at him, wide eyed and silent.

“everything.”

Does your character ever 'fuck around and find out'? In other words, do they sometimes do things just because they can? If so, how has that turned out for them? If not, do they ever regret not being more adventurous?

chelsey: if she does, you can trust that it’ll end with her unscathed. she thinks things through before fucking around to make sure she isnt gonna fucking die in the process babey!

golshan: they want to. god do they fucking want to. but they have the immune system of a cheezit and unfortunately fucking around and finding out poses too much of a risk to their health to indulge in :(

fiore: they dont do things Just Because They Can, but she can be goaded into action if you tease her about it

lock, shock, & barrel: three idiots, no braincell!!! they fuck around and find out Constantly. theres a 50/50 chance they return to the dorm charred

when Locke is Level One, he fights Polynya.

on Midnight’s orders, she has been sent to collect Red. on Midnight’s orders, this could prevent another war.

it’s a lie, of course, but Polynya will do just about anything not to have to lead the Royal Guards into war again

so she goes to collect

and 

she knows through Flame that Locke is dreadfully close with the paladin

but she also knows that Locke is still a knight-in-training and she doesn’t expect it to be a problem

but it is

because Locke promised that nothing would hurt Red anymore

that no one would hurt Red so long as he was in Fields of Fara

and

Locke doesn’t like 

to go back on his promises
