A lot has changed in the 5 years since making the decision to loc my hair. I've gone through growing pains, given and received love from family, friends and strangers, I've learned some great lessons and have experienced some awesome opportunities...I've even lost a few locs and a few pounds....and I have been covered and blessed every step of the way. From my starter locs on June 24, 2011 to now, my locs have been there with me for every single moment, every step of the way - changing, growing, learning and shedding weak areas in order to become stronger. My hair hasn't been flawless every day, just like me. My hair has struggled where it is weak, just like me. My hair is a work in progress, just like me. My hair is a visual representation of my patience, care and love. My hair is beautifully mine. So when it comes to these here tresses, I am definitely my hair, and my hair is definitely me. #blackgirlsloc #blackgirlslocllc #loclivin #loclove #locstars #locs #fitwithlocs #lockingsandqueens #naturalhair #locstyles
