This morning's 6am crossfit class rounds out 4 days at EVF this week. I'm feeling pretty sore this morning. My triceps feel like rocks, my abs are tight and my lower side butt is sore (yay!) Tomorrow's off day will be a welcome break.
Deadlifts @ 115# and ring rips for a 10 minute ladder of 3-6-9-12-15-18 etc this morning were not so bad, I could have definitely gone heavier but my poor little hands can't hold on to the bar! I got through round 15 and started on round 18 of deadlifts. I subbed pushups for ring dips because I can barely do one correct ring dip.
2 weeks until I'm on my way down to Baltimore for my 5 year college reunion!!! I wonder if I can lose 5 lbs by then.
