I bought a Mia Clarasonic yesterday. And today my skin feels better already! Much smoother. I applied some ACV to my face after wards to make sure to get the skin really clean. Feels great!
Day 1 (for real this time)
Breakfast: Luvo egg white and sweet potato omelette and coffee with cinnamon Lunch: baby kale sautéed and ground turkey Snack: Apple Dinner: ground turkey and sweet potato Whole30! YEAH I earned a Starbucks reward that I think I'm going to save for a coconut milk latte once this whole30 is done.

We start whole30 after Labor Day haha
Have you ever been to a place called the Malted Barley in Westerly, RI? You should go, soon. They have things like jalapeño cheddar pretzels and banana bread beer. They also have this sandwich - turkey, avocado, bacon etc on an amazing pretzel bun. Ohhhemgeee.

Social Anxiety level: holding all your money from the moment you walk in the door so when you get in line to pay u don’t have to waste everyone’s time
Social anxiety level: Being done with your test before anyone else but not wanting to get up and walk to the front of class, so you wait until someone else stands up.
Social Anxiety level: Editing the fuck out of everything you say mentally, so that you don’t come off as annoying for saying too much by including unnecessary details no one asked for or care about.

Spin this morning got me sweaty Betty and this was the most disgusting shake I've ever made: Kale, lemon, tomato - I used the nutri bullet which is a nightmare for juicing, should've used a real juicer and it woulda been legit. Taking boxing with my dad tonight - picturing a whole variety of different faces on that bag.
