Stuffed Jalapeños

A great and easy side dish options for the summer’s BBQ are stuffed jalapeños, yummy and a little spicy.

This quick and cheap dish requires the next ingredients:

4 ounce Monterrey Jack cheese cut into strips

7 jalapeños peppers halved lengthwise and seeded (you don’t want them to be that spicy)

¼ cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup bacon cut into bits

Now you just have to stuff the pepper half with the cheese strips and sprinkle it with bread crumbs and the bacon bits.

Grill the peppers, covered, until the peppers are tender and the cheese has melted. Serve them warm as a side dish or as an appetizer accompanied by a cold drink.
