to all the babyz who were upset that loenyc didn't have as much fanservice as other shows........... they did bangx2 again after the encore... that wasn't on the setlist they didn't do it for anyone else. we got the ultimate fanservice of bap actually stopping the whole ending music (you can see this in a video) and telling the dj and the drummer to do bangx2 again. they wanted to stay with us for longer than they were supposed to because they were having such a good time. if that ain't fanservice i don't know what is
okay, so i just took my friend home, i got my banana milk, and i am ready to write shit about yesterday
warning: long and rambling :p
SO. we got to NY around 1ish and had lunch at this hip korean place called danji and let me tell you the food was delicious. we had spicy pork belly kimbap and i got bulgogi tacos as well...mMM.
anyway, then we walked around a bit and i fangirled in the hello kitty store before we went and got in line around 3:30.very shortly after that a van drove by and girls up front were screaming and i was like????? but theN i saw daehyun through the window looking smug and flawless and i was honestly so shocked that like we could actually see them. i guess the others were in the van too? idk i only noticed dae, haha.
so the line was forever long, but the girls behind us were cool so we talked and suffered together with them until we finally got in. it was funny though bc there was this place next to the line that claimed to have “famous cheesecake” and we were like how much you wanna bet dae’s in there rn, ha. anyway, we were in the middle section and it was really weird bc we were in like the 2nd or 3rd row of that area but no one ever came in behind us - it was basically empty. really weird. we could have gone in the pit if we wanted, but would have been in the back so we just stayed where we knew we could (kind of) see.
but it didn’t matter bc we had a great view of them. even though my 5′2 self had to keep hopping on my tip-toes and looking for gaps to spot the boys through, we could see them really clearly. i think it was actually closer than when i went to LOE 2013. and i thought those seats were good then so lol.
they did warrior first (i think) which made me happy. although they didn’t do a dramatic reveal like in DC, they just kind of walked out on stage. but it was great. youngjae looked GOOD. like whenever he came out wearing the choker i was just like DAMN i forgot how hot he is in person - and he’s hot in pictures too so you know he’s rly hot.
and of course daehyun...looked great. and yongguk, and everyone i mean you know. they didn’t do all the songs i wanted them to, but i wasn’t expecting them to, and i wish there had been more solo stages or special things (like when they did sexy clap and my first kiss in 2013) BUT it was so great.
i jammed so hard to feel so good, and bang x2, which i never even knew i liked until last night haha. but my FAV was the hurricane remix, omgsh that went hard. it was legit.
himchan’s stage was nice. fans had handed out little pink glowsticks for everyone to use for that and i saw him smiling a lot so i hope it made him happy.
what else...there was this montage about war before one shot that i was kind of ??? about. and i’m pretty sure they told us goodbye like 4 times, haha. but it was cute. also there was lots of confetti. but only in the pit lol.
jongup’s solo was so good. i was like yesss bb sing your heart you go!!
the talking parts were precious. himchan said ny was like his second hometown and the boys just seemed very appreciative of the fans and saying they were happy which made me :)
at one point zelo had on this baggy t-shirt and his collarbone looked v nice. OH and i’m pretty sure he introduced himself as “the giant baby” in english and i was like omgsh has he been checking tumblr, lol.
we sang happy birthday to himchan later too. and idr when this was but when they asked permission to speak korean so they could say more to us and brought out their translator (what up daniel) himchan was like oh someone close to me here has gotten married please congratulate them. but no one came out or anything so me and the girls i was with were like...wait is it one of them??! and i was lowkey like it’s daejong isn’t it. but his insta post later cleared it up, haha.
anyway, i’m gonna stop myself there bc this is getting long af. but overall i had a blast. i think i still preferred LOE 2013 tho, only bc it was more packed and they did sexy clap which was the highlight of my life - and we had actual seats. but this one was still really really good, and like i said i was closer than last time AND i wasn’t by myself, haha.
so yeah, 2 very different experiences but 2 very amazing experiences. b.a.p is wonderful and they know how to give a good show. i’m so blessed to have been able to see them twice aahh T T

-when they weren’t looking my way i was deadass heaving air trying to breathe but when they looked in my direction i went hard again bc i wanted them to be proud of nyc BABYz
-honestly the set list is a blur bc it went so fast
-um speaking of nyc BABYz the amount of himchan love out there tonight was unreal and he was so happy

-there were individual signs people made for himchan and again the love was so much that the screams during his solo stage had him smiling the whole time even when he was trying to be sexy it was so cute
-me and my friends were wearing matching red + white shirts and no lie BAP could not stop looking at us all night and that’s not just me being biased bc we were the only ones wearing that color and they were long sleeve (they said “Feelin’ Good and they all kept trying to read our shirts esp himchan)
-youngjae and jongup were favoring our side so much tonight I felt blessed

-Zelo did so many songs and he fucking did Pillow Talk but his ass like unbuttoned a shit ton of buttons on his shirt and like humped the floor and i was like…… chill. but also lowkey dyin it was gud
-i forget the song but maybe it was Dancing in the Rain [EDIT: it was 1004] and the new concert version had himchan’s part come after more beats but obviously BABYz didn’t know that so we just sang his entire part in korean and he looked so surprised and he held out the mic to the crowd and let us sing and then he did his part after we finished
-actually they all seemed pretty impressed with nyc BABYz korean (obvi it’s not amazing but still pretty damn good tbh)
-during the second talk himchan started CRYING but really lowkey but i saw that tear track
-also youngjae lowkey cried and his voice cracked a little when he was singing
-the second talk they had a guy named Daniel (“My friend Daniel!”- Dae) come up and translate because BAP wanted to say some deep shit to us and they could only say that in korean
-DAE CALLED NEW YORK HIS SECOND HOME AND ALL OF BAP AGREED THAT NYC IS THE BEST PLACE TO PLAY
-when they were listing things that they liked about New York, jongup said Shake Shack, dae said the MoMA, and himchan said fucking victoria’s secret lmao
-we also sang happy birthday to himchan and he was so happy he is so pure
-someone threw a headband onstage during the talk and it hit youngjae a little and he looked at them like… really and zelo said, “Don’t do that!”
-dae fucked up when he was talking about the solo stages. he asked us, “Did you like Youngjae’s the best?” when jae didn’t have one for nyc he meant to say zelo and the rest of the members side eyed dae so hard lmao !!
-so of course at the end they said they had to go and i swear we sounded so distraught with our “nooooooo!” and dae teased us saying, “No~?”
-then they did with you and i swear i was a mess i was crying and NO LIE jongup saw me and kept coming over to my side of the audience and gave me smiles and waves to make me feel better I’M NOT FUCKING JOKING MOON JONGUP TRIED TO COMFORT ME
-and himchan cried again during with you
-then ofc they had the encore and it was great and amazing and i swear to god himself that we were such a good audience that at the end of the encore daehyun went over the the drummer and asked him to do bangx2 again bc we went so hard in the beginning and they didn’t want to leave. bangx2 is not on the encore setlist they read the crowd and wanted to stay with us bye
-youngjae came out and filmed the crowd with his camera and i am def in that video with my sign i swear
-DAE PUT HIS ENTIRE FACE INTO THE CROWD AND I WAS SO CLOSE BUT NOT CLOSE ENOUGH BUT IT WAS SURREAL
-zelo did that next and some people were clawing at him i swear and i tried to tell people to calm down and be more gentle but they wouldn’t listen and he fell off the stage behind the barricade (he wasn’t really hurt) and had to go back onstage from the side stairs. BABYz were fucking crazy then a girl almost got trampled but my friend helped her
-it was an amazing concert and i still can’t believe it happened this was honestly the best night of my life
