The lands of Sallestreii: Lofander.
Lofander.
In the southwest of Sallestreii is the land of Lofander, home to the humans. Lofander is filled with lush rainforests and dangerous creatures. Most of Lofander has not been explored yet, either because the jungle just got too thick, or the creatures killed off all intruders to their forests.
Due to the thick jungles, most inhabitants stick to the coastline. This has made the humans excellent sailors and pirates. Most cities on the shoreline are named after the countless gemstones that have been brought to Lofander by sailors and explorers.
The search for adventure is in the human blood. They aren’t scared to get their hands dirty to reach their goals, as they have shown countless times throughout history. Even though most humans are involved in shady business, they have brought civilization to Lofander. Before the towns on the coasts started, the humans lived in tribes, fighting for survival and control.
Topography.
· Port Diamond - Lofander’s capitol. The small islands off the coast of Port Diamond are filled with gems and riches, this made Port Diamond rich very quick. The richest of seafarers life here.
· Port Sapphire – Port Sapphire is most commonly used as a docking port for sailors who need to restock. The town is old and most building are covered in plants and woodrot. Some of the biggest brothels of Sallestreii can be found here.
· Port Emerald – This port is used to for import and export with the other Lands, mainly with Muridae. Port Emerald is next to Port Diamond the richest coastal town.
· Port Ruby – This port is most popular with pirates. The many taverns along the boardwalks are always filled with the most wanted criminals and pirates. It might not look like it, but Port Ruby is incredibly rich.
· Hunt – Hunt gets its name from the many hunting grounds in it’s area. Big game comes from all over the jungle to drink from Bonebreak Lake, making them easy target for the many hunting groups. Hunt is a big city, but that’s only because of the distance between de buildings.
· Bonebreak – Bonebreak used to be a checkpoint for the Lofander Army, these days it’s a small settlement. It is still used to train some of Lofander’s finest footsoldiers.
