I love my industrial lofts and this one in an 1885 building in Cincinnati, Ohio is fabulous. 1bd, 2ba, $310K.

It looks like a private entrance.

This loft takes up the top 2 floors. I like that the brick at least shows thru a little.

The walls are original and so are the floors. It looks like they might've stripped off the ceiling to expose the beams.

There are plenty of windows so it gets a lot of natural light.

I like the kitchen a lot, but you know my pet peeve- no exhaust over the stove. I don't know why they don't show the fireplace, but that's a great feature in a kitchen.

Nice dining area.

A desk fits perfectly by the stairs.

The bedroom is on the 2nd level, but it's so roomy you could probably put up a couple of walls and make another one.

This old mill in New Hampshire was converted to condos. Look at how nice this one is.

The building has a nice little lobby with resident mailboxes. This is pretty- where I live, we have a whole of room of nothing but walls of mailboxes.

It has a loft look, but it’s so beautifully decorated.

The bathroom sink looks like it’s made with salvaged marble. The shower is a separate room, which is very nice.

Very pretty master.

The guest bedroom is lovely, too. I like the brick walls throughout the home.

I love this idea! Small (397 sq. ft.) industrial lofts in Utah. And, they’re so nice! They all have a regular front door, as well as a glass garage-style door that opens up to a courtyard.

A red spiral staircase is a main feature in this loft.

Isn’t this a cute idea? A liquor cabinet made from an old wine barrel fits perfectly under the stairs.

The glass garage style door lets in plenty of natural light and the illusion of more space.

Splashes of red throughout the living area tie in with the spiral staircase.

You don’t need a lot of space to have a functional industrial mini-kitchen!

A few more splashes of red in the cozy sleep loft.

The bathroom has plenty of space – and more splashes of red.

The shower and toilet are separate from the sink.

Not so separate from each other, though..

But, the red spiral staircase really is the star of this home.

Plenty of common space outside in the courtyard, if you want to have a few friends over for morning coffee, or a nice afternoon on the patio.

My favorite type of apt. is an industrial loft and this historic building has a beautifully decorated serene zen unit. 

This has to be a condo, b/c I doubt if these doors came with it. 

Lovely spacious living room. 

The kitchen faces the living room, but is separated by cabinetry and a breakfast bar. 

One of 3 bedrooms- this one has a bath. Where did they get these doors!

Another zen bedroom- look at the little gong. 

The 2nd bathroom has an industrial/locker room look.
