So sick of seeing beautiful homes, clicking on them, and finding nothing but stark white inside. Here's a colorful 1867 Downtown Salem, OR loft condo, one of the largest available. 3bds, 1ba, 1,906sqft, $599k + $564/mo. HOA. It also comes fully furnished b/c it's currently used as an Airbnb.
Even the exterior of the building and the entrance door to the residence is colorful.
Historic photo and carpeted stairs.
I like that it has a foyer.
Enter the kitchen that has a small sitting area.
This is lovely. I like the elevated kitchen, too.
This is nice- orange, brown, & wood cabinetry and slate counters
Through the case opening there's a living/dining combo.
This closet acts as a separating wall for the bedroom.
I would say that this is the primary bedroom.
It's a clever way to separate rooms creating new walls.
On this side of the partial wall they made a lovely home office.
This is an interesting feature- they left an old door.
And, they used this alcove area to make a TV room.
This is an interesting bedroom. It has stairs to the deck.
The rooftop deck.
The bath is big. It has 2 rooms and there's a separate shower.
I love my industrial lofts and this one in an 1885 building in Cincinnati, Ohio is fabulous. 1bd, 2ba, $310K.
It looks like a private entrance.
The entrance door to the unit.
This loft takes up the top 2 floors. I like that the brick at least shows thru a little.
The walls are original and so are the floors. It looks like they might've stripped off the ceiling to expose the beams.
There are plenty of windows so it gets a lot of natural light.
I like the kitchen a lot, but you know my pet peeve- no exhaust over the stove. I don't know why they don't show the fireplace, but that's a great feature in a kitchen.
Nice dining area.
A desk fits perfectly by the stairs.
The bedroom is on the 2nd level, but it's so roomy you could probably put up a couple of walls and make another one.
This is bath #1.
And, this is bath #2.
This 1550 square feet Condo home has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It is located at 111 E 13th St UNIT 3, Cincinnati, OH.
Ingek73 found this newly converted loft in the Amsterdam. It’s in the former Jewish Lyceum, has 2 bds., possibly 3, and is listed for € 1,995,000 ($ 2.065M).
The living room opens to a terrace.
This bd. is behind the glass wall in the living room.
And, it has an en suite.
The other bd. is directly above it, in a loft.
It also has an en suite.
There’s also this family/TV room & dining space. Note the 2 steps - the sitting area is on a platform.
This is very nice.
Cute little office nook.
Look at the fancy powder room- buttons on the wall control the toilet.
Long galley style kitchen. Like the tile placed vertically- it give a whole different look.
I love this idea! Small (397 sq. ft.) industrial lofts in Utah. And, they’re so nice! They all have a regular front door, as well as a glass garage-style door that opens up to a courtyard.
A red spiral staircase is a main feature in this loft.
Isn’t this a cute idea? A liquor cabinet made from an old wine barrel fits perfectly under the stairs.
The glass garage style door lets in plenty of natural light and the illusion of more space.
Splashes of red throughout the living area tie in with the spiral staircase.
You don’t need a lot of space to have a functional industrial mini-kitchen!
A few more splashes of red in the cozy sleep loft.
The bathroom has plenty of space – and more splashes of red.
The shower and toilet are separate from the sink.
Not so separate from each other, though..
But, the red spiral staircase really is the star of this home.
Plenty of common space outside in the courtyard, if you want to have a few friends over for morning coffee, or a nice afternoon on the patio.
