When watching the new Steven Universe episode I realized something. Pearl and Amethysts relationship has grown so much. Like when Amethyst made that lion joke, Pearl didn't yell or scold her lile she would have in season 1. Also look at how smooth and easy it was for them to fuse into Opal compared to the first time, and they were HAPPY to fuse into her. :)
