im gonna be real farrago isn’t ideal due to the owner leaving the project years ago (2019-2020 iirc) and the site has barely been updated since. it’s basically decaying as time passes, and some of the links within are dead.

Yeah, that's why I saw fit to mention that it's rotting away. I'm pretty sure the owner specifically said the rot was taking the site away, and that they're not too interested in trying to remake it from scratch. Wigglersim and Dollsim are luckily still alive, but you can definitely feel the rot if you try to play LOHAE for the lamia grubs. The parity is broken at best. You're better off adopting corrupted or lamia grubs from the time hole if you want a corrupted heiress. Just keep in mind that they will permanently alter the clothing colors of your grubs, as most colors in Dollsim are treated as potential genetics in Wigglersim. In that case, the only real option I know about that's not a fansim or fanventure is TGP.

1, how do you get essences? do you randomly get them from fruit? does the kind of fruit you plant matter?

2, what is the land of horticulture and essence's other name? i've tried looking around in the console, can't find anything useful

3, what does the trees on the border changing mean?

1: Plant more trees. The direction the tree leans controls the direction you move (short trees are down, tall trees are up, left and right leaning trees are their respective directions). You can see what the direction of the tree will be in a seeds preview. You click the question marks, then click in the popup to get to page two (did past me intentionally make this hard to reach, or were they just shit at UI, you decide). This May Seed tree leans right.

The bar that displays your funds will describe the attribute of the nearest essence and how far away it is. If you plant a down tree and get further away, cut it down (undo your move) and plant an up tree instead and see if you get closer.

i've spent more time in lohae and i have some more questions for you.

what makes nidhogg(?) turn everything into eyes? why does getting rid of all of the trees make everything not eyes? are there other ways to de-eye the land?

what does the bard know? where are they getting all of that fruit?

is there a way to pick up the essences? can you interact with owo?

If you see nihogg, he/she/they/it wake. When something wakes up, it opens its eyes.

Nidhogg is life spiralling out of control. To be a Reaper of Life is to cut it down when the time is right. Without life, Nidhogg sleeps again.

The bard knows many things, @manicinsomniacmusic might be able to say more.

If you know where to look, memory says you can pap the OwO Bear. Only it can pick the essences up, but once it does it will give them to you. You may find a way to use them once it has.

Hey, idk exactly where to ask this but is there anything special I have to do to use the Helping Hand Ultra Plus? Anytime I try to use it like you would the regular hand it doesn't do anything.

Sadly LOHAE broke with some recent browser update (in more than one browser at the same time???) Since I no longer can get dart working locally for me it's just...dead. RIP. Sorry 'bout that. I need to make some sort of master post about it but the only place most people would look is...LOHAE...which...I can't edit.

Gigglesnort aside, more or less, I plan on releasing chats now and again related to LOHAE (and will let y’all know as I do).  Once LOMAT is ready to relase, it’ll have chats of its own as well (I wonder if they will be related). I will also be releasing a builder that creates .paldemic files for you to load into the system, it even has the images encoded within so you can create chats between all types of characters. If you send me your .paldemic files I might even host them on the site.
