I just wish there was like// a non-canon game or something outside of friendsim and pesterquest// just like, an easy way to do stuff with characters we create// but instead its just "haha do nothing unless you make an MSPFA"// unless im somehow just completely missing an entire side of the community??
I know of two games that do this.
The Genesis Project is, at present, free to play on Steam. It's the devs' best attempt at making a SBURB game. It's a little janky in places, but it has soul and the modding community is somehow still running.
Wigglersim is a pet idler that connects directly to the Farragofiction Dollsims. There's a fair bit of lore that connects it to other Homestuck games in Farragofiction, but a lot of them have been falling to rot as time goes on.
Befriendus, Distantquest, and Friendsim 2 all rely on prior knowledge of Friendsim and Pesterquest. Snowbound Blood relies HEAVILY on Vast Error lore, so I wouldn't recommend playing it without first reading the comic, else you'll probably find yourself lost on what certain things mean and why they're supposed to make sense in-universe.
