Loidra was told from his adolescents to always fear the touch or hands of another for they can bring pain as equally as peace or pleasure, touch starved to the MAX

I'm so so sorry but he has a very awkward laugh LOL something akin to this because he's always tried to draw very little attention to himself so laughing out loud doesn't come naturally
