Does Loki have advice for someone with major anxiety? I feel anxious all the time and sometimes I obsess on one thing until I feel ill, I don’t enjoy being this way but I don’t know anything else because I always have been.
Hello darling, of course I do. Most importantly you must never forget that anxiety loves to lie, so always remember the things you know to be true and recite those to yourself. You may not want to hear this part but, your anxiety may be linked to something more such as a disorder. I highly recommend finding a therapist you feel comfortable with to discuss these things because they can offer you many different options to help you and it’s always good to have a safe space to talk about things like this. Remember that you are not defined by your anxiety, you are a wonderful human and very strong to face it every day. I’m proud of you. -Loki
