Loki strikes me as the kind of guy who, when he knows he's going on, puts on amazing, fancy-shmancy, maybe even avant garde makeup looks (though he also strikes me as the guy that would smudge up yesterday's eyeliner that he slept in and call it today's smokey eye. He's the perfect blend of fancy and trashy at the same time and I love him). So what kind of makeup looks do you think he'd rock?

This is an amazing ask because it allows me to talk about two of my favorite things - Loki and make-up.

No doubt Loki is a smudged eyeliner is a smokey eye kind of guy when he’s doing the least. It’s his “I woke up like this” because he legit did just roll out of bed, rub his eyes, looking in the mirror and go “yeah, whatever, good enough.”

He also rocks some black liner, black lipstick, black nails combo like the witch boy he is. That’s his go to look. 

I think he’d add some nice jewel toned glitter sometimes - emerald greens, sapphire blues, rich garnet - to spice up his smokey eye. 

He probably has some grey lipsticks too, just to change up from the black once and a while; and probably some nice dark greens and metallic blues as well for parties. 

He probably has a few vampy red shades, just for making Thor go weak at the knees, since Thor is such a slut for that classic dark hair, dark eyes and a bold red lip look. 

No pinks and no nudes. Loki has a very carefully curated color pallet and he isn’t going to fuck around with it. Ok, he has one pinky nude buried right in the back of his make-up collection that he brings out to wear with minimal mascara and a very fresh-faced look when he wants to make Thor think he’s sweet and innocent and not bad at all and that he deserves all Thor’s forgiveness.
