Onion Dehydration Time ⠀ I had a bag of onions that I needed to use quickly. Here's an easy way to make your own onion powder. I sliced up 4 trays worth and put them in the dehydrator @ 140 degree. Yes, skin and all! Once they have dried, I'll pulverize them down to a powder.
