I am so Behind with Inktober. This is the Loli witch prompt, wanted to give her a crazy feature. Another jealous witch cursed her with a Frog head, but Loli witch loved the new look and has fun croaking with frog buddies. This medium looks like watercolor but it was all done with Ink.
