Fade the Fade. If that makes any sense. We're backing the Jets off a bye week even though Rex Ryan is 1-2 off a bye. The Bills are... well, the Bills. The Jets smell blood in the water with a potential playoff berth up for grabs. They also added Ed Reed to the roster, in hopes of bolstering the porous secondary.

Jake Locker is the messiah! Okay, not quite, but he pulled off Favre-like or Elway-like heroics late in last week's game to come-from-behind to win. Jets QB Geno Smith is still playing like a rookie -- inconsistent with flashes of brilliance -- and they really still can't run the ball. Rex Ryan will throw the kitchen sink at Locker to try to disrupt his flow, but you can't turn your back on Tennessee this season. They smell 3-1 and only the Jets stand in their way.
FYI... fading the Jets is now 2-2 for the season.

Fading the Jets again. We went 1-1 last week (Jets won as a home dog but we hit the UNDER).
Yes, the moneyline. The Pats win this game, but they often struggle with covering double digit spreads. I can't even pull the trigger with Jets 11.5. With two integral players on offense (D. Amendola and S. Vereen) both out for the Pats, I have doubts that the Pats can unleash an outburst, especially on a short week. But then again, let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Sure, Geno Smith might be better than Mark Sanchize, but he's still a rookie. Bill Bellicheat will throw everything possible at Geno to confuse him in only his second NFL game.
I'd hit the under, but Buffalo66 talked me out of it!
