Happy birthday @lollipop-mint!!! At least, I think it’s your birthday... that’s what theO tells me, haha;; This is for all those times I told u I’d draw you something... but never did............ I’m a butt. I’LL TRY TO ACTUALLY FOLLOW TROUGH W/ THE THINGS I SAY IN THE FUTURE;;;

Anyway, I tried drawing Seiichi! Hope he looks like himself, haha... :D; I feel like I kinda went wild with the layer effects, but idk I had fun w/ this. :^) Anyway I hope you like it and hope you have/had a nice birthday!! *u*/ ♥
