YESSS YESS ME WHEN COOL CHARACTER TRAITS!!

I love red soooo much, and bek and sausage make me ill as the oldest members of red, the way sausage seems from outside to overreact at bek not protecting him from els when in character he probably saw it as another person putting blue over him.

Also yesss, owain reads more self harm but dosent seem to want to die, meanwhile sausage is so passively suicidal no one even blinks at it anymore because of COURSE the necromancer loves death (no one asks why he is so excited to die, or what made him become a necromancer, ot how he feels about people prioritizing peace over their fallen family. He hears the spirits...it isnt as easy to ignore as others seem to think.)

Sausage being upset at Bek for not defending him fits in well with his reaction to Katie saying she wouldn't want to kill Nom. He feels like no one in Red actually cares about the war anymore. That none of them are *actually* dedicated to the cause, and that when it comes down to it, they aren't willing to stand and fight.

I mean there have probably been a LOT of people coming from Blue to Red over the course of history. That's almost EVERYONE in Red's history. Everyone has had some ties to Blue they struggle to sever. I imagine it's a bit of a test of loyalty all Red Kingdom members face. Are you willing to fully choose Red, and do anything it takes to protect it?

If you aren't, that's a problem, because if everyone has a reason not to fight Blue, then when Blue comes with an army over the bridge, their whole fighting force would falter and disband.

I think it hurts Sausage because Katie and Bek and been here the longest. And Bek especially is actually FROM Red Kingdom. He thought she was the only other person who was truly dedicated. So, to have her not defend him because of her connection to Blue stings.

Love those dynamics (Also Sausage being proved right that Katie will need to be willing to fight/kill her brother for the safety of Red. INSANE. ABSOLUTELY INSANE)

And yeah everyone reading Sausage as just silly means everyone seems to forget he like. Is actively excited about dying. And that's maybe. Maybe an issue. LOL.

If Gen is Flowey/Asriel, is Pearl Chara?

You know, I actually don't have *anyone* for Chara. I think because in my head, Chara and Frisk overlap a bit onto the same character. In a way, they're both the game protagonist. You control Frisk, but the name you choose is the name of the first human. So, for both that reasoning, and "I didn't have a great match for Chara with the direction I went" there is no unique character for Chara.

In my head I think Chara would maybe be a human who just looked similar to Bigb. (PLOT TWIST- Chara is Terry) But I might change this at some point, who knows.

So, suffice to say, no, Pearl is not Chara.

However...

...she is a pretty big fan of flowers :)

I like how the bonus is that Saturn is the sixth planet from the sun. Like of all the facts about the word Saturn "is a car manufacturer" is above "also the name of a planet" XD

This is a cool concept though! Other interesting options following this idea would be the Dodge Polara, which is the same brand as his canon car (Dodge Charger) and is named after the star Polaris.

Also "Mercury" is a type of car too. And for comet Joel truthers, there's one called the "Mercury Comet"

Pictures of both types of car I mentioned (specifically the 1970's model, because that's the same year of make that Joel Toretto's Dodge Charger is.)

well i can always advocate for drawing birds!! its always a good day to draw a bird. maybe even draw grian as a specific species you havent drawn before

or maybeeee just assign more cc's animals to draw them as hybrids as?? ones you dont normally do?

perhaps if it is more your style then assign ccs dnd races/classes, or make each of them a unique type of robot,, (personally i think skizz is like this vvv)

Hmm... a lot of options here! I think I'll do a new hybrid! Hows about Life Series Scott as a moth, I've never done anything quite like that before! Very much inspired by Afterlife, but I wanted to blue instead.

Okay so I want to take this lovely opportunity to talk about an ESMP s2 AU that I've drawn a few things for in the past (specifically Jimmy and then Fwhip and Katherine)

The base premise is: "There is a serial killer in the town of Empire Port, and it is the goal of private detective Jimmy Solidarity to solve the murders and stop the killer for good."

...Unfortunately for Jimmy, Empire Port is rampant with other types of crime, and he has to sort through a slew of false leads.

And unfortunately for everyone, Jimmy is about the WORST detective to ever exist. You could not trust this man to find his town on a map, much less find a killer. But despite everyone telling him this at every opportunity, Jimmy remains dedicated to his career choice. To the detriment of many. (But mostly himself)

Jimmy's not the only one on the case, though. Katherine, self-proclaimed vigilante by night, is also trying to catch the killer, with the help of Fwhip, her hired detective. Fwhip used to work with Jimmy, but has since moved on to this more-than-slightly better-paying job. And there is not contention there AT ALL and they're both COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY normal about this.

Despite Fwhip and Katherine actually being competent at their jobs, the killer keeps evading them. Meanwhile Jimmy randomly ends up in a crime scene every other Tuesday, and yet refuses to share any of the information he's found with them so they can't take credit for solving his case.

And so, the case remains unsolved.

Some other fun background characters:

Martyn is a retired corrupt cop who "helps" Jimmy sometimes. (sits around his office while giving out the worst/ most incomprehensible advice known to man) The rest of the time he's at the bar.

Scott owns a local bar that's 100% not a cover for an illegal smuggling ring and does not have a gambling room in the basement. He's the best bartender there! (Because the other one is Owen)

Shelby's a pharmacist who may or may not sell drugs on the side to help her pay off her loans for med school.

Sausage runs a popular restaurant and strip club! Separate establishments, notably. Different places. Both popular though, he's a great businessman.

Lizzie is the town mayor, who's campaign was funded 100% by really lovely and standup members of society and she has no alternative agendas because of it.

Pix is also a civil servant, a judge who does not take bribes in emeralds and historic artifacts for his personal museum but if he did you should hide them in the janitor's closet on the 2nd floor of the courthouse.

Anyway, I'll cap it there. All this is subject to change, I helped cook up this AU with @liveandletrain (MC blog is @minecraftbookshelf), and they may very well switch things to suit the needs of the story, if/when/however they decide to tell it.

But I think it's super fun and I wanted to take the opportunity to share my favorite bits while trying not to spoil anything important.

There are obviously other characters, every Empires character has a role, as well as the nearby city of Hermittopia, but I didn't go over everyone because a good deal of the characters are less developed/ haven't been developed at all, and I don't want to have to go back on anything.

If you're curious about anyone in particular feel free to ask, or if you want to know more about Jimmy, there's a lot of silly random details about him I didn't mention.
