omg PLEASE tell me more about your favorite characters from Babylon 5 I am begging you. Together, you, me, and @therighthandofvengeance, we can persuade tumblr into watching Babylon 5.
We will band together to spread the word of Babylon 5! XD seriously tho, it's very good. It's almost prophetic of today. B5 also has some of the best sci-fi concepts!!!!
People probably won't know who these guys are. So, here's some quick intros to some of my favorite characters from Babylon 5!
Commander Ivonova: could kill God, would kill God, will replace God and be a badass while doing it! Bi, telepathic, Jewish, and sharp tongued!
Ambassador Delenn: Chosen one but she chose herself and she chose to be kind and good and fierce. She leads with a strength even warriors would bow to. (Also themes of transformation)
Captain John Sheridan: Never starts a fight but always ends it. Runs off coffee, a need to see justice in the world, and witty comments. Good relationship with his dad!
Ambassador G'Kar: Hate and anger that cool with time, has some of the best lines in the show. Wisdom tempered by compassion and the experience of pain.
Ambassador Londo: Bureaucratic fool turned cruel by his own ambition. Yet there may be something worthwhile in him. He's got eccentric charm and is more clever than he seems.
Vir: Anxiety incarnate, too good to survive in the deadly courts of the centauri, has only ever wished one person dead (valid).
Marcus: eye candy, hot, loves wordplay, British, can kill a man with a metal pole, an absolute flirt. Definition of smirking.
Doctor Franklin: These people are idiots. The medbay is always full and there are so many lives on your hands. When you cannot stand it any longer, walk the road until you meet yourself. Do not die here. Live.
Bonus!
Londo & G'Kar: Enemies to Enemies to "I wish you were dead more than I wish to see myself live" to "the only person who really understands me is you, fuck you". Then to; "We are destined to die destroying each other, but not today. Today we will sit and we will laugh. And maybe, when destiny arrives, we will find it kinder than we anticipated."
