he's pretty friendly, and gets along well with pretty much everyone. he has a rocky relationship with ashspots, basically due to the fact he became willowflight's mate not long after she broke up with him, but they'll get over that lmao

well at first i noticed i stimmed A Lot all the time in various different ways (usually stuff like flapping, jumping, vocal stims, rocking, etc) and i thought it was an adhd thing ? but i also have a Lot of trouble with communication.. sarcasm & jokes always go over my head and sometimes make me panic, i'm really bad at receiving directions and just, talking in general sometimes & reading people. i used to think i was really empathetic but it only happens when people are sad not really much else. i Definitely have special interests and infodump abt them and what drove me away from people when i was younger was never being able to tell that they got tired of me talking already (i can read it a little now but it still takes me a while and it's only partially bc i'm just apprehensive about people being disinterested all the time anyway.) OH also i have sensory issues. very sensitive to smell and loud/sudden/Bad noises, and certain textures, and rly bright lights. i think theres stuff im forgetting but thats mostly the , stuff! hope this is helpful? !!

dragon con is fun for people who have a lot of money but i am not one of those people. awa is fun if you have a passing interest in anime or internet culture stuff and its always got a pretty decent dealers room but the artists alley there is so sad and depressing like. not even quality wise, theres some great art and fantastic artists who show there and thats where i had my first aa, but it is so weirdly and needlessly strict and its badly organized. awa is jacking their prices up when theyve yet to show what they actually are raising the prices for?? like. you dont have the programming to support that kind of price raise, especially with how many people have been attending. but their attendance isnt going up as fast as momocons is which makes sense because momocon is freaking killing it every year and just getting better and better??? the artists alley and dealers rooms were both kind of small in comparison to other cons ive been to but i think theyll both be way bigger next year and better organized and thats exciting. they have good programming and its well organized and ive had fun there the past few years!!! i only went once while it was free and then again right after they started charging for admission and then ive been the past three years. its good. go to momocon if you can. 

anime expo ive been to 3 times and theyve all been really fun and the 2 more recent times ive made so many good friends and had a really great time just generally. hanging out and theres great cosplay and just a chill environment. 

seishun con was so poorly organized i dont even want to talk about it. they had maybe 10 dealers and half the artists left by the end of saturday and it was just Sad. sad con. sit thru most of friday with ur thumb up ur butt con. 

why am i talking shit about cons right now. why do i care. i want my followers to have a great con experience. i went to comic con in 2012 but it was very much not my gig and it was HUGE and overwhelming and took 45 minutes to cross the dealers room and i was late for everything and too hot to cosplay. 

jcon was in my school basement and good experience, sparklestucks were fun and i wish they were regular bc thats the only homestuck meetup i like in georgia. shatterdome was excellent and tiny and fun as heck. i dont know. go to cons. theyre fun. go to cons with me and i will make sure youre hydrated and wearing good shoes.

not particularly? i listen to everything, even old country sometimes (thanks mom) so i love everything, even disco (especially disco.)

1. A selection of television programs you do not care for. 

There are a lot of them. I don't like Tina Fey or Amy Pohler so like even parts of 30 Rock or Parks & Recs I think are funny aren't enough to make me wanna watch it. Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, Chowder, a lot of anime. At the point of pissing off my followers, there are the obvious shows that fans ruined for me to the point where I will probably never watch it. Supernatural, Sherlock, Dr Who (though this is also related to the doctors being numbered and the fact that I can't watch all of it and no don't even try to tell me "just start at nine" because that's not how anxiety works I cannot "just start at nine" nine isn't the first doctor. Also Moffat.)2. A selection of musical artists you do not care for. 

I'm probably gonna sound old, but the bands I remember being big in parts of the group of friends I had when I went to concerts and shit were like Of Mice and Men, Black Veil Brides, something about a driveway or something. I hated all of them they just hurt my head. I remember I used to think A Day To Remember was pretty over rated because I went to a lot of shows around the time everyone was kissing their asses, but I do like If It Means A Lot To You. A couple days ago I would have said The Neighbourhood or CHVRCHES because of how much they were on my dash, but I actually listened to them more and I like them.

5. A habit you find disgusting.

Not disgusting, but certain habits piss me off cause of the noises they make, like chewing your nails. I do it, but like not around other people if I can help it. It sounds like it's hurting your teeth and it just makes me so angry and grossed out, idk why exactly. I kiss goats so there's not many habits I find disgusting on an actual "that's gross" level tbh.

12. Television programs you love but have gotten shit for liking.

South Park. I can't defend it and I don't try to, I just like it. It's been a part of my life since I was little I can't just stop liking something even if I recognize that it's terribly offensive and problematic. It's why I don't talk about liking it much.

Like ur allowed to get pissed at an otherkin for claiming oppression and invalidating the struggles you face but dont use that as an opportunity to invalidate their entire identity and view them as a neurotypical cis person and not examine why they would feel that way and what they have gone through/go through everyday that has made identifying as nonhuman feel safer for them. Dont let people slip by saying that being otherkin alone isolated from all other traits is something you will face systematic institutionalized oppression for but dont insult them for being “crazy” and realize that it is a perfectly harmless thing to feel nonhuman if they arent attempting to trivialize oppression. It doesnt impair anyones ability to function in society beyond possibly sparking awkward conversations for people who find the idea totally foreign ?? If you consider it a delusion, it doesnt really matter because you arent their fucking therapist and angrily trying to shove them back into your reality because you find the way they cope w the world around them unpalatable is nasty and isn’t going to change shit
