Opinion on:
29. Gay Rights? Everyone should have the same rights no matter their sexuality, which includes not just the right to marry and legal rights but the right to live as you are without fear of harm or judgement from others.
30. Second Chances? I believe in them in my head but am not always the best at making that a reality.
31. Long Distance Relationships? I think they could work, depending on the situation and the individuals of course.
32. Abortion? I’m pro-choice. I don’t really like the idea of abortion, but I fully believe women should have the choice over what happens to their bodies. What I really want is more/better birth control options so abortions aren’t even needed in the first place.
33. The Death Penalty? My opinion on this isn’t fully formed yet and may never be, but I think if someone commits a crime as terrible as rape or murder they should be punished for it. And ending their life doesn’t seem like good enough punishment. They should suffer for their actions. Sounds harsh, but that’s how it is. Idk who decided people who don’t like the death penalty are soft-hearted because clearly they never talked to one of these people.
34. Marijuana? idk on this one really. I’m all for using it for medical reasons but there are really more important issues we should be debating, at least in the US.
