By the way I appreciate your love for Toni and Cheryl. I don't watch cause the cw has baited me one too many times but I adore them. And Vanessa and Madelaine as well are angels.

Oh, trust me, I completely understand where you are coming from. While I am still bitter about many things with the CW*, I couldn’t help but watch the 2nd season of Riverdale(with @kim-hart naturally!) and….who am I kidding? So much of it has to do with Cheryl. From the start, she’s been my favorite and Madelaine has captured and gripped my heart with how incredibly she portrays what makes that character so…perplexing. Like, I know how rude she is - I know that the way she’s treated people is without a doubt wrong. She isn’t an angel but she does deserve the world despite all of that. She deserves to know that she can be loved without a price having to be paid. She has to learn, though, and I believe she is but all she’s known, at least from her parents(andmostguyswhohavedatedheritseems), is that love has to be earned or else…she’s neglected, so she’s adapted to the abusive way her parents have treated her in hopes that she’ll no longer hurt and when that pain does come through those barriers, she’s mirrored some of her mother’s behavior to cover it up. 

I’ve always felt like there’s some part of her I understand and that’s why it’s been easy for me to love her, as weird as that may sound. From what I’ve seen of this season(and from the end of the last season), she’s growing aware of the possibility that she doesn’t have to be under control any longer…that she can be her own person without her mother looming over her, abusing her, and the outside influence that she’s getting from others goes a long way even if she tries not to show it. I actually first started shipping her with Josie and Veronica (and Betty, before it was known that they are cousins, haha) but with Toni being introduced into the show….God, the possibilities there. I NEED to know more about Toni because I already love her but from what we’ve seen of her, I think she’d be able to bounce off of Cheryl, take whatever that vixen has to dish out and maybe challenge her. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Madelaine and Vanessa are cute BFF’s who seem to ship their characters as well.

It got worse. the three fucking episodes of Arrow that I downloaded for Katie Cassidy are worthless. 1 she looks like a dementor, 1 she isn’t in and the last she is beaten up and in a cage the whole time. so now I am downloading even MORE episodes of this stupid show that is making me angry.
