Peggy smiled faintly when she saw Steve walking towards her. A quick glance told her no one else was around, so she reached for him and grabbed his hand. "Steve--" she muttered quietly before her smile widened a bit. Standing on her toes, Peggy gently kissed the corner of his mouth, letting her lips linger there for half a second before pulling away.

"thank you... for helping me. Hopefully next time I won't get shot." She teased, winking at him and squeezing his hand before releasing it.
