it felt like any other day the same old thing over and over again despite the fact he was still rather new to the job he was already settling into his role. going through all of his rounds for the day making sure the general public was safe and abiding to the laws of the land nothing really new at this point. but it was not like he hated his job he absolutely loves it as he had always dreamed of being a police officer ever since he was very young so once he graduated from the police academy and become a police officer he was beyond happy he was pretty much on cloud nine even if he was lower end of the police hierarchy not that he minded really. once done with all of his duties for the day parking himself at the corner of the street he was assigned to in order to get the best view of the area to look out on he suddenly spotted from the corner of his eye a vehicle that was going beyond the speed limit turning on his car going after the said vehicle asking them to pull over to the side of the road attempting to stop them for violating traffic laws and give them a speeding ticket. parking his vehicle behind the other vehicle stepping out from his walking up to the window gently tapping on the window letting them know to roll down their window noting down their license plate number on the little notepad he had with him. "  do you know how fast you’ve been going sir ??  oh shit.  " he asks eyes widening slightly thinking that the other male was beyond breath taking in this very moment.

              that’s  code  for:  to  keep  going  with  his  pestering,  even  if  he  momentarily  flinches  backwards  before  the  grin  reaches  his  eyes.  then  he  resumes,  pinching  another  small  piece  of  her  hair  and  tugging  it.  doing  his  best  to  try  and  make  her  scalp  sting.  “what?  i’m  just  being  helpful....picking  out  your  lice.”  she  doesn’t  HAVE  lice,  but  it’s  fun  to  say  it  anyway.

teddy  is  good  at  reading  people.  he  had  to  be,  given  his  chosen  profession  -  but  it  was  still  rare  for  him  to  look  at  someone’s  face  and  have  an  idea  of  what  they  were  thinking.  it  was  far  from  a  character  flaw,  but  it  wasn’t  anything  that  served  to  jian’s  benefit.  no,  definitely  not.  it  only  woke  up  the  often  sleeping,  more  sadistic  side  of  himself.  “god,  look  at  you,”  he  mutters,  his  thumbs  lightly  caressing  jian’s  hips  before  giving  them  a  possessive  squeeze.  his  tone  was  reverent,  but  commanding  too.  

“you  give  such  honest  responses.”  when  it  seemed  like  the  younger  man  hadn’t  realized  teddy  had  been  instructing  him,  he  makes  a  disapproving  noise  in  the  back  of  his  throat  and  lightly  nips  at  a  bare  shoulder.  “you’re  not  going  to  look?  but  you  look  so  pretty  taking  my  cock,”  he  murmurs,  practically  pouting  against  the  skin.  the  mirror  in  front  of  them  wasn’t  a  decorating  decision,  nor  was  it  to  look  at  his  own  reflection  in  it  -  contrary  to  popular  belief.

teddy  has  experienced  many  grand  ‘romantic  gestures’  throughout  his  career,  but  he  mostly  receives  material  goods  as  tokens  of  affection  -  so  for  jian  to  practically  serenade  him  unprompted  has  his  cheeks  and  ears  turning  a  hue  of  red.  he’s  amused  and  embarrassed  simultaneously! 

 jian  really  is  talented,  in  more  ways  than  one.  once  the  impromptu  performance  ends,  teddy  flashes  him  a  sheepish  grin  -  confusion  in  his  face  evident  by  the  look  in  his  eyes.  “yah,  that  was  really  good!  but,  uh,”  teddy  mutters,  nibbling  at  his  bottom  lip.  “what  was  that?  were  you  just  showing  me  a  work  in  progress,  or  did  the,  um.  did  the  lyrics  mean  anything?”  god,  teddy  felt  totally  out  of  his  depth  here.  it  was  rare  for  him  to  receive  a  sincere  thing  like  this.
