he chuckles under his breath as he takes the fortune from you, laughing and pushing you away when you try to read it before him. he cracks open the cookie, squinting a little to read the fine print.

"sweet and cuddly...cute and fun...we're expecting a new little one?"

he reads aloud, brows furrowing. it takes him a moment but when he looks up to see your smile and teary eyes it starts to click, eyes widening as he reads it again before looking back at you. his semi-confused expression doesn't change but he can't help the tears that roll down his cheeks already.

"d-does this mean...?"

i wave the three positive pregnancy tests, already crying that the weight of keeping it to myself is off of my shoulders. i’m barely catching my breath before izuku all but tackles me, lying us both on the sofa as sobs wrack his body with his head buried in my chest, he only lifts his head to pepper kisses against my tummy, tears still streaming down his flushed cheeks as he presses his lips against mine.
