Crowdsourcing Platform Alternatives: Substack

I planned to move from Substack to self hosted newsletter. Unfortunately, given current health, that's not on.

I'm taking one more stab at finding a Substack alternative before accepting that I'm stuck for the time being.

I need a service that: 1) allows paid subscriptions 2) costs $20 or less a month 3) has a ToS that protects/allows kinky erotica

(Patreon, SubscribeStar, Mailchimp and most other 'obvious' answers fail # 3)
