2019 is the year we celebrate humanity 💜
Love is the most wonderful form of humanity. It is the self-expression that comes in purple monarch butterflies, in the graceful fall of autumn leaves, in the rainbow scar the sky paints itself and in the blossoming of daffodils.
It even comes in every tear you drop, in every stolen glance, in every purple bruise you gain in fights, in every crumpled love letter discarded in trash bins, even in every toss of a silver coin in the sardine can of a homeless man does love come and originate from.
For love is beautiful, in all of its raw forms manifested in nature and in us.
Even shaded with darkness, love triumphs and remains beautiful; dusting off the sadness off of its shoulders and exposing its innate glow.
Love remains even in the darkest of corners. Love is seen by the blind, felt by the lame and heard by the deaf, for through their heart they can be overwhelmed with love as much as the ones blessed without disability.
Love is the self-expression that defines us as humans. We are driven to live and to love, for love gives life its best meaning. In love does the rawest form of humanity lie true, for love is humanity holding hands with mankind — together, with hearts united and beating as one sound soul and body.
So if humanity and mankind are fully capable of holding each other's hands, then so can you.
Hold yourself tight through all the winters you've endured alone, count your flaws for they give you your best definition of a unique and one-of-a-kind "you", and carress your cheek as congrats for existing — living beautifully like the rest of the people doing so in this wonderful world.
Self-love is difficult to attain, yet like love, it remains — after all, it never left you. You just have to find it in you, my darling. Through self-love shall you complete your sentence — your message — your one true "you" in the best way possible.
Love begins with you as you project it onto others, might as well let it strive within you too.
