dear big bang theory: (or, why i can't watch this damn show)
JUST STOP.
please stop hyper-stereotyping scientists as socially awkward dudes in glasses who can't tell a joke that doesn't involve science minutiae. any science oriented women on this show are also marginalized as undeserving of male attention, especially (god forbid) by anyone outside of science.
this is why i cannot fucking watch this show....it's like someone sitting and nonstop judging and mocking my life choices for 24 minutes. while i do know a few people like the BBT guys, for each one i can name 10 just plain normal people who happen to do science and are good at it.
