Another month of sales and the prices are higher, with inventory building in the $500K+ price range. The inventory stands at 42 homes, with 31 homes over $500K. Short sales and bank sales disappearing from the sales and will continue to do so. Most if not all short sales selling for more than list price since banks are revaluing prior to approval. Pricing well gets your home sold fast with multiple offers. The $500K to $1.0M had no sales last month and is still the toughest sales point.
