On October 5th, 1962, a stork bird was seen carrying a peculiar sort of boy child near St Mary's Hospital in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Norman and Julia Mueller, visiting from nearby Columbia, Illinois came upon the child and realized that it had been abandoned by that strange and loony stork bird that had been reported earlier .Not knowing what else to do, they decided that they had better take him to their home and try to nurture him as best as they could. The child, was not real cantankerous just yet but, boy, would that all change real soon. . . .
