There are three kinds of parrots: parakeets, parrots, and cockatoos. Parakeets are small and playful with limited mimicry ability; they repeat single words and short phrases because they enjoy the sound but don't really understand the meaning. Parrots are big and very intelligent, they can understand simple questions and answer them correctly. Cockatoos are insane.

I like to read fanfics aloud to my grandma's bird, sometimes it gets embarrassing and I have to skip over smut because I don't need him suddenly repeating that kind of stuff lol

But one of these days he is gonna say something like: "oh she's fucked. She doesn't know how fucked she is. But she is fucked. And not in the good way"

Because not only do I read aloud to him but I also give great commentary (;×_×)
