I think so! It likely happens shortly after the end of the game. Probably takes a bit longer to do a call with anyone else in the server, but he lets Toast in more easily. I'm sure Toast spends the first half hour of it stunned at what Xyx looks and sounds like LMAO

He understands finally that she was just doing what they hired her for, so at it’s core— Overwatch is the one to be blamed! They manipulated the both of them and upon his revival, they immediately asked Genji to participate in the mission that was meant to wipe out the Shimada clan. Literally, they brought him back to be a war machine and that was beyond Angela’s control.

And he hopes that she understands that. She tried her best and she always has tried her best in everything.
