Make believe

Mind over matter. I try to make myself believe that the people I depend on are not who make my happiness. And they aren't, entirely. But when something goes out of place or strikes a nerve I go berserk. It drives ME nuts that it makes me so anxious and crazy. I don't wanna be this way. And honestly all the crazy thoughts are SO senseless. It's not even true. The things that I tell myself are not the truth and not even close to reality. My demons are much greater than me and I'm not sure how to defeat them. I just know how to keep them at bay... I've never felt so weak to my own demise. When I reflect on this in a few weeks I will realize I'm being nonsensical. And then it'll happen again and I'll succumb to these crazy thoughts that eat away at my soul and then I tell myself to forget about it again when I can calm myself down. ...... I'm crazy. I nose it.
