Our family loves salmon and we usually eat it 3-4 times a month. Tonight, I cooked some @verlasso fillets in a @lodgecastiron skillet seasoned with @gentrys_bbq Loosey Anne and butter. The potatoes and broccoli are also in Lodge skillets and seasoned with @meatchurch Garlic & Herb. Nom nom The meal was cooked in the @kamadojoe Big Joe 3 at 425. The salmon cooked to 144 internal. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and gooey inside. Alder smoked salmon seasoned with Gentry’s Loosey Anne, steamed then roasted Brussels, red onion, garlic salt, course black pepper and Banner Butter Red Pepper Mash and a baked potato with Banner Roasted Garlic, Basil and Parsley butter and chives.
