he had messed up. oh boy had he messed up. he said he wasn’t gay. who was he lying to? himself or levi? the answer was both. he needed to think of a way to get him back, to get him back to be... HIS, or at least be his best friend again. he wanted to do something, leave an impact on levi, make him take him back.

he was an ass and it was all he could think about as he laid back in his bed, eyes glued to the ceiling as his harsh words just kept playing through his head. he was trying to convince himself he was good without him. that he was straight. not gay. he had even slept with levi’s sister a couple of times plus that one weston chick. hands reach up to cover his face as he lets a loud sigh pass his lips. he needed to do something to rectify this but he didn’t know what.

until it hit him. he was watching an old movie with his dad the other night where the main protagonist tried to win back the girl with a stereo over his head. he had seen one of those while cleaning out his basement so he got it and carried it up the stairs and put it into his car even though it was doing a number on his forearms.

reaching the lopez family’s residence he parked on the street and made his way towards the window he had snuck in and out of plenty of times. he fumbled to plug his phone into the auxiliary cord that was hanging from it as his vision was still blurred from tears, once the song was playing he held it over his head and stared up towards the window.
