While I haven’t had issues finding nudes for my skin tone, a couple of darker skinned friends dread the whole idea of ‘nude’ since it takes forever to find anything close to their skin tone. Seeing how nude has stayed the trend from make-up to accessories and clothing, a befitting variety of natural nude for women of color is long-overdue!

DIY: USE YOUR MASCARA AS EYELINER

I didn’t realize I hadn’t picked up my eye liner till the very last minute when we had to step out.

I barely use makeup lately (more out of neglect than conscious choice or aversion) so mascara and eyeliner are my life saver and I won’t go out without a little definition to my eyes!

So there, in front of the mirror, I stood wondering what to do…
