Lindsay felt the beat moving her body, the heat spreading from her head to her toes. Maybe it was because she more than a little tipsy, or maybe it was because she was partying with her friends, but the redhead had never felt so alive.

Raising a hand to rub her eyes slowly Ray let out a soft sigh. She couldn’t just ignore a call, even if it was just Geoff and Chris didn’t want her to answer it.

Texas is blissfully dry. Jeremy is so very glad for that.
To put it simply- water sucks. And it sucks that it sucks. He hates not being prepared for rain, having showers be a chore. But it's not like he can help it.
Jeremy is a chinchilla hybrid. His fur is so dense, that it doesn't dry. If it gets wet, it can actually grow mold, and make him seriously sick. Yeah, super sucky. In fact, when Matt (Hullum, naturally) and Burnie approached him, he had to specify that water is a no go.
They had to send out an email.

He'd been assured it wouldn't be the first time, but Jeremy still feels like a bit of an asshole.
Especially with an upcoming company pool party. He'd do, but stay indoors. To be safe. Even if he wonders what it's like to swim.
well. it's a rooster teeth party. and what happens at those might you ask? people fucking drink, and boy, is it lively tonight. aaron scans the crowd, viewing people getting drunk off their asses. always fun, especially when it gets really late and people really start to get sloshed. he searches the crowd to find lindsay teasing gavin but michael is absent. unsurprisingly, actually. everyone knows where he is, there's no point in questioning it. in the meantime he sees brandon and chris talking, and his eyes may wander a bit on chris.
there it is, the usual urge. it feels like it would be really normal to be talking to brandon if he was pressed up against chris' back. it seems rather normal, it could easily be a friend thing to do, but he damn well knows it isn't. everybody here knows it isn't -- but if it wasn't for the stress from his parents, it'd be a different story. still, when chris wanders over to speak to him, michael seems to have returned because he's yelling and it makes it hard to hear anything. he leans toward chris, straining to hear what he is saying.

the next part he does completely on purpose, and that was pressing his hand against chris' lower back and pushing him forward so that the shorter was flush against aaron. dirty tactics in the worst kind of way, his mouth moves to brush right over chris' ear, and perhaps this is a form of teasing him for straying so far away from him tonight.
