Letter from a kid to Disney about Lord Milori
It is flitterific to hear from you! I love seeing good suggestions come true in Pixie Hollow!
You got me! I would love to be able to play an Air Racing Derby Game! But I'd love to be able to take care of some more animal friends - like owls! I've also been thinking of squirrels.... But I didn't make the suggestion because the animal/insect has to be something tiny that will be able to fit into the fairy's flower pod of a home! I don't think owls have such small babies.... (still want to take care of an owl, though!)
I still don't understand the concept of fairy flying. Didn't that girl in that Tinkerbell movie with Vidia fly all the way to London on pixie dust alone? She didn't have wings. And Wendy, Michael, and John flew to NeverLand without wings - just on the Power of Pixie Dust. If they could do it, as non-fairies, surely Lord Milori can?
Thank you for clarifying that Queen Clarion's wings sparkling was just a trick of the light. I thought it was a show of how happy Lord Milori was making her. (It was the most wonderful scene in the movie when he sat her on his snowy white owl and they went flying!)
I did notice that Queen Clarion's Wings are not typical pixie wings. They look more like butterfly wings. Why is that? Is that important? How do fairies get wings like that? I once saw a story of a human doctor, who took care of any animal or insect that was hurt, and one of his "patients" was a moth a part of whose wing burned off in the flame of a candle. And this doctor took a flower petal, cut it to match the shape of the missing wing piece, and attached it to the moth's wing where it was missing with spider threads. The moth could fly again!
Could Lord Milori get an ending like that? Maybe spinning fairies (spider silk tinkerers) could work together to tailor the broken piece of Lord Milori's wing, and then, if there were any pieces missing from his wing, to tailor those pieces out of spider silk?
I also do hope that fairies would be able to fly about barefoot-ed. Not wearing shoes will make them lighter and easier on the lift-off, which is always a plus (or at least, for fast-flying fairies like Vidia!). But don't get rid of the Arrival Day Outfit(TM), shoes included. Tinkerbell looked so awesome when she landed and came out of her dandelion flower.
Thank you for Pixie Hollow.
