oh gosh yeah getting a level 4 meat boy/bandage girl is freakin insane

even with the book of revelations you still sometimes get jipped with sometimes getting Headless Horseman instead of War or Conquest instead of Death 

and of course having to make sure you even get the right item to start with seeing as for me the ball of bandages popped several more times than a cube of meat :\
