The Beginning

Before Randy there was another ninja, the ninja of 94 but due to unknown reasons the hero mysteriously vanished leaving the town of Macchio falls vulnerable to crime, now more than ever. For ten long years there hasn't been a hero to protect the town, sure there's been copycats and the police. But that couldn't compare to the ninja and people began to lose hope if he or she would ever return.

Now 2004, A returned hospitalized Randy Cunningham finds a box with a note, on top of his bed. Inside lies the Ninja-nomicon, an ancient book filled with the notes of becoming a master ninja. A note informs Randy he has been chosen to carry on the tradition due to his sheer determination and bravery, to don the suit and defend the defenseless. To become the next 9th Grade Ninja.

Randy was shocked that ninja still existed and was horrified that he was chosen, he didn't want this responsibility, there was no way it had to be him! He only fought once in his life and now he's given this title! This responsibility?!

He denied the title at first, handing it back to the guardian who gave him the title but soon he realizes the town needs a hero, they need a protector and so he dons the suit to be the next 9th grade ninja but he still has a lot more things to learn before he graduates.

it's definitely not easy for you to talk to him lol. not because he's mean, cold or anything of the sort, but because you find him so incredibly sexy and attractive and never really know what to say. that first time you ran into him outside your door, he called you by your name which took you a second to register and all you could muster up was a "how did you know that...?" to which his response was to just smile and point at the address on your box before handing it over. you just snatched it, mumbled some sort of goodbye and went inside because wtf did just happen. you definitely didn't spent the next couple of hours snooping his band's ig profile to learn more and you definitely didn't ask the horny neighbours thread for other details about him. however, the next time you see sweet pup kevin spinning in front of the door because he hears him outside, you do definitely open the door (much to his surprise) to apologize for the way you acted the first time you met. only that the half baked explanation ends up being word vomit, made only worse by the way he kept bitting his lip and nodding his head along to your nonsense. god knows what you said, but what you do know is that at the end he stuck out his hand and you shook it for perhaps a bit longer than any friendly greeting should've been. you can't concentrate on work after that because all you could think about is how warm and soft his fingers felt. then the third time happens when you're outside, finally attempting to tidy up your overgrown garden and you hear someone not only approach your door, but also whistling along to the new order song playing from your phone. you're already breathless before you turn around, your mind whirring out of control because you know it's him but it's not like you can just stay there without saying hello. so you finally inhale, stand and brush the dirt off your knees and you honestly couldn't have timed it better because just as you face him he's mouthing along to bernard sumner's words: no, i've never met anyone quite like you before. which, honestly, you can't help but let out some sort of squeak and just laugh nervously before he teasingly asks if you're always like this and you just shake your head because you definitely have a crush lol

Symbiosis power goes poof

You read that right! Say goodbye to Sanguimancy!!! While working on my rework of Symbiosis I decided to remove the power as I felt it does not fit the whole feel of the story. But that said I am not abandoning it. In fact I am adopting it into the greater universe of my works and giving it to a new poly option who will be appearing in Witch’s Familiar. Also to tie WF, In my skin, and my new Goddess story into one world Sanguimancy will have been created and pioneered by none other than our favorite, if a little violent, Goddess. Asking how it ties into in my skin? Well, depending on the BFs supernatural species they may use it.

So yeah, lose of one super power, gain for three other stories, which yes, all share the same universe.

i cant remembered if you said why, but what happened to mipha to make her susceptible to malice (part of me feels like you said astor meant to get someone else but i cant remember)

Everyone is susceptible to malice in someway, some are just more prone to the temptation than others. I don’t want to reveal the full mechanics of malice because that’s a spoiler that will be dealt with and properly explained in due time...but essentially, it’s like this: 

Malice comes from people. Their bad memories, their trauma, their ill intent, the grudges they let fester; malice is the physical form of all of that. It is pretty much impossible for anyone to not have something within them that can form malice.

Malice can be collected from people, which is easiest after they die (See: one of the cipher scenes, where Astor follows the Calamity’s command to restock from the fallen Yiga) but it is arguable more powerful is malice is wielded by the person where that malice comes from. Astor wields a combination of his own malice, and collected. However, that plays into the Calamity’s idea for Hollows

A Hollow is someone who has all their bad shit converted into malice, but this time it’s not collected, it just sits there, as their own power. And power corrupts. Power whispers. Power likes to become absolute. A win-win for the Calamity. Calamity gets to mess around with a person’s mind and whisper things to them, and use them as his own personal weapon.

Yes, Astor first aimed for Revali, the most suseptable of the Champions, first, but Mipha pushed him because best girl. (Miphvali vibes...yes I’m trash. It’s not canon in this story though because I suck at romance) And this is always why the Calamity wanted Larc, someone who’s just brimming with malice potential AND is close to Link so they won’t immediately kill him. 

I won’t explain how the malice affects Mipha in full or what specifically is festering with her, as again, spoilers! But you might have already notices that she and Revali are a bit more agressive and stubborn, particularly in a certain scene in #sibling fights hollow knights and destiny rewrites. Although because of their different characters, personalities, histories, etc, it’s more obvious with Revali, than Mipha.

Got a question about who John is so it’s about time I talk about him:

John and Kaori were inseparable childhood friends (like Hiro and Veronika) who both got on inkopolis plazas promo kids team( a team made to promote and advertise the plaza). Right after the events of octo expansion he caught kaori in her full agent gear with the freshly made scar being helped by an octoling he saw on the news earlier. After his questioning she was forced to tell him everything she’s been up to behind his back for 2 years. Feeling betrayed he took time away from her. During this break The rest of the plazas promo kids managed to edge John on and get him to admit that she’s lied about something and she got kicked off the team. Kaori hasn’t seen John since.
