8 months update| Lorelei Adaleigh.

As most of you know, she was born a month 1/2 early. She was considered premature because her insides were not fully developed and so, she couldn’t eat or breathe on her own. She’s insanely strong and truly, a wonderful miracle. She’s come such a long ways to where she is now. Her personality is so different from Scarlett’s but that’s also a good things. They look alike, but they’re so different in their own ways, yet the same too. Estimated current weight: 20-25 lbs. Estimated current height: 25-30 inches tall.

Things she likes/loves:

Eating table food/ Any food, honestly.

Bath time/Pool.

LOVES the movie, “Moana”.

Talking/Babbling.

Playing on the floor with big sissy.

Being cuddled/rocked.

Co-showering with mommy.

Things she dislikes:

Being alone. (Not able to see anyone’s face or hear anyone)

Daddy going to work.

Green beans/Peas.

Having her nails trimmed. (Seriously, she has razor blades for nails, lol).

Things she’s able to do/been doing:

Crawling. (Seriously, she’s every freaking where)

Standing up on her own, by herself.

Walking, with some assistance.

Hold her own bottle.

Sits up on her own, unassisted and by herself.

Tries to copy everything Scarlett does.

Says “Dada”, “Mama” and “Sissy”.

Waves at everyone she sees.

Smiles and laughs NONSTOP. (It’s so heart warming)

So, all in all.. She’s growing great. She’s right on track and even ahead on some things for her age, according to her pediatrician. She’s so smart and again, I’m not even being biased.. I swear my kids are going to be little genius babies. (Lol). Anyways, as I said above, she tries to copy Scarlett on every single thing, which I honestly believe that’s what got her wanting to walk/or more like take the hell off, Haha. She’s becoming more and more social (towards everyone, I mean because for a while, she would freak at someone she doesn’t know). Oh and I can’t possibly forget to mention how both of my girls are SO in sync it’s honestly freaky. (One cries, the other cries. One gets hurt, the other magically got hurt. One is hungry, their both hungry. One is tired, the other is tired. Basically everything one feels, the other magically feels too).

TELL ME WHY MY LITTLEST BABY IS GROWING UP SO FAST? So, this was taken a few days ago and since then, my child has been slightly walking by herself. I am simply so proud of my Lorelei.. She is truly, so strong and I couldn't be anymore blessed.
