Thanvóli have elaborate symbolic braiding customs, mostly based on class.

The highest class Thanvóli wear their hair in multiple braiding styles, usually with more than three strands involved. Four strand braids are exceedingly common in the upper class. Also, upper class Thanvóli wear more braids in their hair at any time than the other classes.

A high number of strands (i.e. a 4-strand) in a braid symbolizes high class. Also, having multiple styles (for example, both fishtail and common) symbolizes ruling class.

Laughlin, Mortemis, and Lorethan are not related, but they have similarly grey moralities. Though, I’d wager most would choose Laughlin out of the three—mere irresponsibility is much better than active ire. And besides, who doesn’t love a good dream?
